What Our Donation Supports
By contributing to the SCHF, we’re saying yes to more than a clinic or ward. We’re saying yes to:
-
- A child walking into a bright welcoming hospital rather than a cold corridor.
- A parent being able to rest in a lounge while staying close to their child.
- Researchers, doctors and clinicians working in purpose-built spaces, linked to the very place children are treated.
- A Western Sydney family having access to world-class paediatric care without travelling across the city.
Why We Felt It Made Sense
As surveyors, our work often begins with an empty site and a design brief. We model, measure, map and plan so the building works. We know first-hand how critical every detail is: the right angle, the correct datum, the future service path. When that building is a hospital, every considered detail has a ripple effect on healing, recovery, family comfort and community health.
We saw these two major projects – Randwick and Westmead – not just as infrastructure, but as transformational places. We wanted to align our values of precision, purpose and community with something that will matter for years to come. The $5,000 donation is our way of stepping into that story, together.

Closing Thought
We’re in the business of surveying sites, but we’re also in the business of supporting futures. With this donation, we hope to play our part in the extraordinary story unfolding at Randwick and Westmead – not just as watchers, but as contributors. We believe in measuring more than metres; we believe in measuring impact.
Thank you to the families, clinicians, researchers and every worker involved in these hospital projects. And thank you to the community for standing with us and the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation. Together, we’re building hope.
