Are you looking to engage or have you engaged a Private Certifier for your approval and you are not sure where to begin with the required documents? We offer a CDC approval management service to assist you in obtaining approval quickly and efficiently. Our service includes identifying required documents, sourcing and managing the relevant consultants to provide said documents. We prepare and lodge your documents to the Private Certifier and liaise with them in any matters during the CDC approval process.
BUILDING CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS TO COUNCIL FOR UNAUTHORISED WORKS
Have you carried out building work without obtaining an approval? We offer a project management service to obtain a Building Certificate from Council. The requirements of this service are dependent upon the type of work that has taken place.
OBTAINING OF CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE ON EXISTING DA APPROVAL
Have you obtained Development Approval and are now requiring a Construction Certificate? We engage a Private Certifier to issue the Construction Certificate whilst assessing the DA Conditions and identifying required documents, sourcing and managing the relevant consultants to provide said documents and submitting them to the Private Certifier. We can also engage a qualified builder and obtain the Notice to commence and manage the requirements for obtaining an Occupation Certificate.
APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL CERTIFIER AND MANAGEMEMT OF EXISTING DA APPROVAL
Have you already obtained a Construction Certificate or Complying Development Certificate? We can source a qualified builder, obtain Notice to Commence through a Private Certifier and manage the process through to issuance of the Occupation Certificate.
CREATION AND REGISTRATION OF DEALINGS WITH LAND REGISTRY SERVICES
We assess the DA Conditions to determine the type of dealings required by Council and prepare the documents to Council and Land Registry Services requirements. Our service includes sourcing and engaging any consultants to prepare documents required to accompany the dealings for endorsement by Council. Preparation and lodgement of the dealings to Council and the mortgagee to obtain required consents and lodgement of the dealings to Land Registry Services.
