What is a peg out survey?
A peg out survey is placement of marks on the corner of the boundaries or if requested, offset to the corner to assist with fencing. These marks assist with the footings or slabs of a new development.

A peg out survey is used to assist in the construction of granny flats, garages, outbuildings, extensions, duplexes, triplexes and townhouses. This marks boundaries between your property and neighbouring properties, is required when installing a new fence and any new dwellings.
