Lodgements to the Strata Certifier
If you have appointed a Strata Certifier to provide you with your Strata Subdivision Certificate, the Final Strata Plan and associated documents will need to be lodged to them as per their Strata Certification Checklist.

Lodgements to the Strata Certifier
C&A Surveyors, collates, prepares and lodges the documents to your Strata Certifier on your behalf. Once we have received the signed documents and any other required signatures have been obtained, we proceed to registration with Land Registry Services.

Once a final survey and report is completed, the information is then calculated and drafted into a signed sketch including an accompanying report outlining the findings and is signed by a Registered Surveyor.
