Lodgements to Local Councils
C&A Surveyors, collates, prepares and lodges the required documents to the Local Council on your behalf. Once we have received the signed documents and any other required signatures have been obtained, we proceed to registration with Land Registry Services.

More information about a final survey and report
Once a final survey and report is completed, the information is then calculated and drafted into a signed sketch including an accompanying report outlining the findings and is signed by a Registered Surveyor.
