Lodgements to Banks
If you are registering any items such as easements and restrictions onto an existing Certificate of Title or changing the title information completely by registering a plan, you will need consent from the Bank that holds your mortgage.
To achieve this you will need to lodge the subject and any other required documents to the bank.

Lodgements to Banks
C&A Surveyors, collates, prepares and lodges the documents on your behalf. Once we have received the signed documents and any other required signatures have been obtained, we proceed to registration with Land Registry Services.

Once a final survey and report is completed, the information is then calculated and drafted into a signed sketch including an accompanying report outlining the findings and is signed by a Registered Surveyor.
