Lodgements to Valuers
When you are Strata Subdividing a property you are required to have Unit Entitlements created as part of the Strata Scheme. Unit Entitlements impact on the amount of Strata Levies each owner is required to pay, voting rights and interests in Common Property.
Unit Entitlements are required to be prepared by a Registered Valuer.

Lodgements to Valuers
C&A Surveyors, sources a Registered Valuer and obtains a fee proposal for your specific project. Upon acceptance, we lodge the Final Strata Plan to the Valuer and arrange for the Valuers site visit with you.
Once we have received the Valuers Certificate and any other required signatures have been obtained, we proceed to registration with Land Registry Services.

More information about a final survey and report
Once a final survey and report is completed, the information is then calculated and drafted into a signed sketch including an accompanying report outlining the findings and is signed by a Registered Surveyor.
