What are the terms and conditions for the Price-Beat Guarantee?
The terms of our Price-Beat Guarantee are listed in Clause 4 of our Terms & Conditions:
- 4.1 The Client must provide a valid, written quote from the competitor clearly showing the competitor’s business name, ABN, full-service scope, pricing and date of issue.
- 4.2 The Price-Beat Guarantee applies only to the following services: Detail Surveys (also known as Contour Surveys or Topographic Surveys), Detail & Boundary Identification Surveys and 3D Surveys.
- 4.3 To qualify, the competitor’s quote must clearly specify the same scope, services and inclusions. Differences in project specifics or service levels may render the quote non-comparable.
- 4.4 Competitor quotes must be current (issued within the last 30 days), official, and not expired or altered.
- 4.5 C&A Surveyors’ Price-Beat Guarantee does not apply to bundled packages or quotes from unregistered or uninsured service providers.
- 4.6 All submitted quotes will be reviewed and validated by our team before the Price-Beat Guarantee is approved. C&A Surveyors reserves the right to decline our Price-Beat Guarantee if the quote does not meet these conditions.
- 4.7 Competitor quotes must originate from providers operating within our regular service areas (or regions listed by us).
- 4.8 This offer is valid for a limited time only – from now until 30 September 2025. We reserve the right to amend, pause, or withdraw this Price-Beat Guarantee at our discretion, without prior notice.
