I have used the services of C&A Surveyors many times over the last 18 months and each time I am absolutely delighted with the level of professionalism and how easy they are to work with. They are always very fast with the turnaround time for both quoting and completing the job. The detail of the surveys are always excellent and I have never needed to go back to them to request further information on the plans. All councils I deal with are always happy with the level of detailing and my draftsman is always happy with the attention to detail and how easy the files are to transfer over to the drawings we need. How does the Price-Beat Guarantee work?

Send us a written comparable quote from another surveyor, and we’ll beat it by 5% – simple as that.

What services are included in the Price-Beat Guarantee?

The contour survey (also known as topographic survey, detail survey and detail and level survey).
The Detail & Boundary Identification Survey.
The 3D Survey.
For a limited-time: Set-out surveys, Work-as-Executed, Final surveys and all plans (subdivision, consolidation, redefinition, delimitation and easement).

What are the terms and conditions for the Price-Beat Guarantee?

The terms of our Price-Beat Guarantee are listed in Clause 4 of our Terms & Conditions:

4.1 The Client must provide a valid, written quote from the competitor clearly showing the competitor’s business name, ABN, full-service scope, pricing and date of issue.
4.2 The Price-Beat Guarantee applies only to the following services: Detail Surveys (also known as Contour Surveys or Topographic Surveys), Detail & Boundary Identification Surveys and 3D Surveys.
4.3 To qualify, the competitor’s quote must clearly specify the same scope, services and inclusions. For the purposes of this Guarantee, comparable quotes mean quotes of equivalent scope, inclusions, and service levels, including but not limited to timing of service delivery. A quote will not be deemed comparable if material differences exist, such as delayed site attendance or extended turnaround times (e.g., if C&A Surveyors can attend within 72 hours, a competitor’s availability in three weeks would not be considered comparable).
4.4 Competitor quotes must be current (issued within the last 30 days), official, and not expired or altered.
4.5 C&A Surveyors’ Price-Beat Guarantee does not apply to bundled packages or quotes from unregistered or uninsured service providers.
4.6 All submitted quotes will be reviewed and validated by our team before the Price-Beat Guarantee is approved. C&A Surveyors reserves the right to decline our Price-Beat Guarantee if the quote does not meet these conditions.
4.7 Competitor quotes must originate from providers operating within our regular service areas (or regions listed by us).
4.8 This offer is valid for a limited time only – from now until 30 September 2025. We reserve the right to amend, pause, or withdraw this Price-Beat Guarantee at our discretion, without prior notice.

How long does a Contour Survey take?

We typically attend site within 24 hours, and you’ll have your completed Contour Survey within 72 hours after the site visit. Fast, efficient, and reliable – so you can keep your project moving without delay.

How long does a Detail & Boundary Identification Survey take?

We typically attend site within 24 -72 hours, and you’ll have your completed Detail & Boundary Identification Survey within 72 hours after the site visit. Fast, efficient, and reliable – so you can keep your project moving without delay.
