What’s the difference between a Contour Survey and a Detail & Boundary Identification Survey?
A Contour Survey focuses on levels and site features to support design.
A Detail & Boundary Identification Survey offers the same, along with boundary information – helpful when boundary position and setbacks are important.
How long does a Detail & Boundary Identification Survey take?
We typically attend site within 24 -72 hours, and you’ll have your completed Detail & Boundary Identification Survey within 72 hours after the site visit. Fast, efficient, and reliable – so you can keep your project moving without delay.
How does the Price-Beat Guarantee work?

What are the terms and conditions for the Ultimate Pack $200 Donation offer?
(1) Offer available to new architects or building designers booking their first job with C&A Surveyors, or have not used C&A Surveyors in +12 months. (2) Offer applies to a single residential site only (not duplex, multidwelling, or commercial). (3) Maximum site area: 1,000 sqm. Maximum dwelling size: 2 storeys. (4) Includes one standard 2D survey (Contour/Detail or Detail & Boundary Identification Survey), plus 3D, Internal, and UAV surveys of the same property. (5) All surveys must be completed in a single visit, additional visits or re-surveys are chargeable. (6) UAV survey subject to flight zone restrictions (CASA-regulated areas may limit service). Site attendance within 72 hours is measured from quote acceptance and is subject to weather, site access and site safety conditions.
